The Montreal Section
The Montreal section of the Chemical Institute of Canada aims to create and maintain a strong relationship between the chemists, chemical engineers and chemical technologists who live in the Montreal area. In addition, students, professors and researchers are all welcome to become a part of the CIC Montreal Chapter and receive news of events, activities and to connect with other professionals in the same area.
The main objectives of the CIC Montreal Section are:
- To liaise between industry, academia, and members of the Section
- To further the interest of its members through vocation-related local activities
- To support its members by providing career services and organizing seminars and networking activities
- To support chemical education in Montreal
